What's New For the 2021 Ford Ranger?

A beautiful pickup truck that provides plenty of towing ability with convenience features on the interior, the 2021 Ford Ranger is set to be a top seller at Grand Prairie Ford this year. A lot of evolution has occurred to the Ranger since it was first released back in 1983, but the 2021 model will only see some minor changes to help it keep up with the competition.

For example, 18-inch black wheels are now standard, and there is a matching black grille on the front. Updated badging is also included. You can choose from four new color options if you desire. There is Cyber Orange, Carbonized Gray, Velocity Blue, and Cactus Gray as new additions.

What Features Are Available for 2021?

There are just three trim levels optional for the 2021 Ford Ranger, each with its own set of features. The base model XL is equipped with all-wheel drive, and it's a very affordable pickup truck compared to other vehicles in its class. One step up will take you to the XLT trim level, where more standard features are included. You'll enjoy forward collision warning technology, which alerts your vehicle if you're approaching another automobile too quickly. Emergency braking will react for you if you're not fast enough to adjust your speed. You can also add on an off-road suspension. The top trim level is the Lariat, which provides extra comfort features like heated seats, leather-wrapped steering wheels, and there are two different climate control zones.

The standard engine under the hood of the 2021 Ford Ranger is a 2.3-liter, four-cylinder variety that will impressively provide as much as 270 horsepower and 310 pound-foot of torque. You can choose between all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive along with a ten-speed transmission inclusion. Multiple drive modes allow you to customize your experience.
