What's New for the 2022 Ford Bronco?

The latest generation of the Ford Bronco was released just last year, and it saw a great deal of success. Because of this, Ford has kept the 2022 model the same. 2022 Ford Bronco Trims & Features

Four main trim levels are being offered for Bronco's 2022 model year. The Base trim level is quite basic, with only two doors featured in the exterior design. It's very affordable if you're just looking for something simple with the Bronco badge. If you're interested in more performance, interior features, and off-road ability, we recommend looking into the higher trim levels. This includes the Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Badlands trim levels. They offer four doors on the exterior and many other improvements under the hood and on the interior. Off-road tires are available in higher trim levels, which are 17-inch beadlock wheels that hold 35-inch mud-terrain tires.

2022 Ford Bronco Horsepower

We're happy with the amount of performance provided by the 2022 Ford Bronco. You get a 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine with 300 horsepower provided. There is an upgraded option available if you need more from performance. The 2.7-liter V6 engine can get up to 300-horsepower. A 10-speed automatic transmission is standard, or you can choose the seven-speed manual option for the 2.3-liter version. The 2022 Ford Bronco also provides an all-wheel drive standard, and you can tow up to 3500 pounds.

The 2022 Ford Bronco could provide a bit more in standard safety features, but you can add on a variety of safety items if you are interested. Included standard in all of the Bronco trim levels for 2022 are automatic high-beam headlights and parking sensors. Available features include forward-collision warning technology, automatic emergency braking, rear-cross traffic alerts, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-departure warnings with lane-keep assist technology.
