BILINGUAL BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR

The primary focus of this position is to link the customer needs with the repair process. It is the Estimator's responsibility to convey the blueprint of the required repairs to production and to champion the needs of the customer. It is very important that the candidate be well-versed in the collision repair process and able to communicate the process effectively to the customer.

Estimator: Applicants interested in the Estimator positions should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with various insurance company procedures is expected.

General Requirements:
- Prior experience in a collision repair facility OR at an appraisal company
- Prior estimator training/education
- General understanding of the collision repair process
- Experience with ADP and Pathways
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Attention to detail

Auto Body Technician for Collision Center

Grand Prairie Ford needs an automotive body mechanical technician with experience in Suspension work for the Collision Center. Applicants interested in the Technician position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with various insurance company procedures is expected. I-Car, ASE certification and Ford experience a plus.

Finance Manager

Compensation:
Salary plus bonus incentives

Requirements:
No Finance or Automotive Experience Required

Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers to quickly and effectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process
- Determining customer financing needs and secure funding
- Explaining vehicle warranty coverage to customers
- Presenting financing options and additional products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience and supplement warranty coverage
- Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively recommend financing options and other products to Customers
- Processing finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive customer retention and loyalty
