Unlike the F-150 XL, the F-150 King Ranch has a two-bar chrome grille with a Caribou mesh insert and a chrome surround. The front and back bumpers are accent colors, while the mirrors and door handles are the body-color Bezel. The F-150 King Ranch only comes in the 4-door SuperCrew option. It is equipped with a 5-1/2 foot box, but buyers have the option to upgrade to a 6-1/2 foot box.
