You can fit many things into the back of a Ford truck. Usually, you think of your work or outdoor gear as the primary items you throw in the back of the car. But this holiday season, you can fill a Ford with something even better – toys for kids. Our popular and meaningful "Fill the Truck" toy drive is back this year! This special program is back this year by popular demand and runs through early December. On December 16, 2022, we'll deliver toys to LifeLine Shelter. We aim to fill three Ford trucks with toys, and we hope you'll help us reach that mark.
What is "Fill the Truck"?
"Fill the Truck" is a special seasonal charity event. The goal is to provide holiday presents for children whose families cannot provide them with presents. Together with LifeLine, a local nonprofit, we work to ensure that all children in need in the area have a gift to unwrap on Christmas morning. As a customer-oriented and community-oriented dealership, we are proud to sponsor the program.
What is LifeLine?
LifeLine is a local nonprofit that helps local children and their families in many ways. The organization caters to children who attend the Grand Prairie School District, and the organization's mission is to mitigate homelessness among children in the school system. While the "Fill the Truck" toy drive may bring a smile to a child's face on the holiday morning, LifeLine provides other services to help children, including providing temporary shelter when necessary, emergency assistance, and skills for their parents. While we provide toys for children through our drive, the organization also accepts other items for donations.
