Ford is offering a new option on the 2016 F-Series Super Duty that’ll help increase safety for municipal, road construction and utility workers (just to name a few examples), as well as other drivers who cross their paths. A new strobe warning LED light kit will be available on all 2016 Super Duty trucks, which includes 15 hard-working models.
The strobes provide improved visibility on worksites, offering front- and rear-mounted amber-lens lights that can be seen up to a mile away at night and up to 1,000 feet away during the day. The kit can be installed at Grand Prairie Ford and it’s compliant with applicable industry standards and regulations. The lights are also non-corrosive, unlike many aftermarket installed strobes.
If you’d like to warn other drivers that your truck is positioned at a worksite and to proceed with caution when passing, Ford’s Super Duty strobe kit is a great option. Super Duty truck models include the F-250 XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum; F-350 XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum; and F-450 XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum.
