The 2021 Mach-E is made in five distinctive trim levels. Each trim of the Mach-E has its own personality and list of features. The base trim of the Mach-E is called the Select, followed by the California, the Route 1, the Premium, GT, and First Edition. The Select trim level is available in either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive trim level gets up to 230 miles of range, and the all-wheel drive version gets up to 211 miles of range. The Route 1 trim level gets an additional range of up to 305 miles. Maximum power with the Ford Mustang Mach-E is 346 HP, which comes with an extended-range battery with higher-end trim levels. The Mach-E was rated by Car and Driver in 2021 against 10 other electric cars, including the Tesla. Compared to all other vehicles, the Ford Mustang Mach-E surpassed the competition in terms of performance, price, design, and range.
