The service advisor is the dealership's first line customer relations and service sales representative. The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, meeting predetermined service sales objectives, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.
A mechanical technician is responsible for the actual service and/or repair of vehicles assigned to him by service management or their designated representatives.
The primary focus of this position is to link the customer needs with the repair process. It is the Estimator's responsibility to convey the blueprint of the required repairs to production and to champion the needs of the customer. It is very important that the candidate be well-versed in the collision repair process and able to communicate the process effectively to the customer.
Estimator: Applicants interested in the Estimator positions should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with various insurance company procedures is expected.

- Prior experience in a collision repair facility OR at an appraisal company
- Prior estimator training/education

- Experience with ADP and Pathways

overall commitment to customer service, which includes providing test drives, explanation of product
performance, application and benefits to prospective buyers. The Automotive Sales Consultant duties

Follows dealership procedure.
Attends product and sales training courses.
